COMMUNITY IN QUARANTINE PROGRAM INFORMATION
The MCA Community in Quarantine Program was established to assist community members who have been directed by a healthcare provider to quarantine due to exposure to a COVID-19 positive person, or they have tested positive for COVID-19.
Information Required: Caller Name (First & Last), Address, Contact Number, # of Individuals in Household, End Date of Isolation/Quarantine, COVID-19 positive or awaiting test results?
To receive assistance, please call 343-585-2093 during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.), or 518-358-3286 for after hours/weekends. If staff are unavailable at either phone number, please leave a voicemail with the information required, and staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Delivery or pickup directions will be provided to you by staff.
